This is to inform that packaging was not done properly and adequately at Mumbai for sea transportation of my household items to Doha. It was simply packaged at Mumbai in cartoon boxes and all glass items wrapped innews papers.
I was given to understand that all the 20 boxes will be kept in wooden crates for transportation. These were not given any additional protection and simply sea freighted in the similar conditions. As a result , lot of glass items have broken in the package.
Paid a huge sum to deliver materials in broken condition inside !!!!
