Strictly avoid. The service staff is very good but the front desk staff is terrible and very very disorganised. If you want to constantly keep waiting inspite of taking proper appointments then go ahead with this salon. No respect for customer and no respect for anyone's time. Absolutely horrible attitude.

Bad service - it was so bad that i got up after 1/4 blow dry was done - paid 500 (for the hair wash), and when i realised they had not given me a receipt and went back to ask for it, was given a receipt for 449 and returned 50 -
complaint to the management - got me a reply - 1. we did not charge you for the blow dry (ya, how could you if you did not even do half of it) and 2. we gave you a receipt and your change back after you came back and asked for the receipt -
so not only is it bad service but also cheating !

Rude, shoddy, ill-mannered and untrained staff. Front desk personnel has a lot of attitude and do not know how to behave with customers. Staff not trained well for basic services like eye brows also.. instead they smile (as if mocking/achievement) after goofing up. They don't seem to care for customer service. Extremely pushy for buying products and doing other expensive services. Personally, I would not go to them again as its a big risk.... esp when they goof up for basic services. Reconsider before visiting them...
