Halo Technologies is a University accredited Distance Learning Institution. The subjects that are taught at the institution are Information Technology, Science and Management, etc. The training centre is affiliated to the Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences and Karnataka State Open University. Established in the year 2001 with only 10 students, Halo presently has more than 2,500 students. It is the first centre having a VSAT connection. Its alumni includes corporates like Reliance, Capgemini, Accenture, Vodafone, Tata Teleservices, ICICI, Patni, Mastek, Accenture, MTNL, BSNL, Datamatics, to name a few.
