Sub : for replacing my battery of above bike.
It is pity to inform you that the bike purchased by me with above reference, is not working properly. Battery of bike is out of order. As I am from Motihari wanted to get the serviceing in Motihari at Mangal Motors Dealer and inform them to change my battery, despite my request, they refused saying it that battery is not in stock or battery canât be changed from Motihari, since It is bought from Muzaffarpur, so complaint should be lodged in Muzaffarpur. It is difficult to go in Muzaffarpur from here.
Therefore I want to apprise you to take appropriate step to solve my problem as soon as possible, otherwise I have to go to other forum against your company.
