Pathetic service. Inefficient staff who can not understand simple query. Never rely on Airtel. They take 3 days to activate a duplicate sim and call it High priority ;). Customer care is equally annoying and disgusting. Moreso, be aware they do not register any complaints or take feedback to improve their service. Very bad service. Please look for other service providers. Airtel doesn't care for it's existing customers.
