irrwsponsible and a bunch of liars playing fool Actually they are encouraged by Airtel . There zonal manager's number will be always on vois mesage.

Aggressive and lousy staff. If once visited this office, never feel like entering again. A smile is far away on the faces of staff, they do not not the manners or courtesy to take care of the customers at least. Customers are nothing to them. It seems customers are for them and they are not for the customers. I do not understand how the Air tel management has still kept them in job....god save
Today I really had a very bad experience with Ramya Telecom. I went to change my address with the rental agreement provided by Landlord. Even that document was valid in all government office. But this shope was telling all sort of stories which clearly says that they dont have any clear knowlege about the product and service. The owner of the shop Muralitharan Gupta has treated me very badly as if I am his labor asking for increment. Also he doent listen to what I am saying and literally thrown me out of shop. Please somebody take action on this shop and cancel the Airtel Relationship. I dont want to give any star for this shop.
Bad and Angry people work here as customer care representative. Zero Knowledge and senseless. The male employee used foul language

the employees here have low knowledge about their own company's services, can hardly answer a query properly; the most offensive part being that they are least bothered about attending to a customer. disappointing.
stupid fellows not giving proper response
Pathetic service. Inefficient staff who can not understand simple query. Never rely on Airtel. They take 3 days to activate a duplicate sim and call it High priority ;). Customer care is equally annoying and disgusting. Moreso, be aware they do not register any complaints or take feedback to improve their service. Very bad service. Please look for other service providers. Airtel doesn't care for it's existing customers.
