Bad service!!
My car had broke down because of my stupid battery, in middle of a jam-packed road. I searched through my phone and got Kavitha Battery service number and called them. They came with a spare battery and took mine for a recharge. I thought they are good. The spare battery lasted only till home and then car didnât start at all the next day. I called the battery shop to find if my original battery is recharged. I was greeted by a irritated man who asked me to come down to pick the battery even after hearing about my dead car. Before starting I called again to check if they can come down and fix the battery as my car is dead, I dont have a second vehicle, I don't know to remove or fix battery( an amateur!!). They replied that they can help customers only once which later the manager agrees with pride!!. You come down in an auto and take the battery if you want and somehow fix it. How you fix it is not my problem!!!I just decided I will never get serviced from someone who doesnât know to treat customers. This was my experience, go ahead with them at your risk...if you want to be helped only once!!!
