Bad service!! My car had broke down because of my stupid battery, in middle of a jam-packed road. I searched through my phone and got Kavitha Battery service number and called them. They came with a spare battery and took mine for a recharge. I thought they are good. The spare battery lasted only till home and then car didnât start at all the next day. I called the battery shop to find if my original battery is recharged. I was greeted by a irritated man who asked me to come down to pick the battery even after hearing about my dead car. Before starting I called again to check if they can come down and fix the battery as my car is dead, I dont have a second vehicle, I don't know to remove or fix battery( an amateur!!).
