We want to make serious complaint against Lilam Enterprises which provides maid and patient care service.
We had requested for maid service and patient care contact nos from Just dial and we received SMS from Just Dial with the nos. Out of those we finalized Lilam Enterprises, Wanowrie, hadquertered in Mumbai (02067289697, 02065294104, 9881828819) and paid them Rs.10,000 upfront in cash as per their terms and conditions. However, they could not arrange for a person for patient care in spite of no. of followups from our side. In the mean time, the patient was discharged from the hospital and I had to take leave without pay as there was no one to attend the patient. Finally, the agency mentioned that they are unable to arrange anyone and we can find out from other sources and they would refund our money.
After no. of follow-ups and visits to their office (this also includes complaint call with Just dial) we got post dated cheque ( Rs 6,000/-) on 24th of June 2012. We deposited the cheque on 10th of July and it has been dishonored.
