I had taken my car KA51 Z 1201, from Service today (25-July-12). I have lost my pen drive (I had clearly mentioned Siddappa, the driver who came to pick up the car). Either he should have taken it OR someone in service should have taken this. I am not sure if Dakshin Honda will take responsibility for this. While you spend so much in Customer care - there seems to be no concern. I was disappointed when I called Mr. John (service engineer) today and the response was irresponsible & pathetic.
