am murugan from saidapet, kothaval chavadi st,B-Block,scb quaers,chennai-15,I have repair my Philips Zapa colur T.v repair at 24/7/2012,BillNo-12544 and bill amt:1100 for due to Picture is not getting while t.v on and its getting off i have told to the serviced man to check the thing but he did"t done properly again the problem is getting i have call the (service person-poovaan)and incharge person is (Mr.Baskaran)and also the service centre (vadapalani brach) their is no responce for me they saying will be come but they are not coming and 03/08/2012just now some one call me and they not come see my T.v and saying in while talking in phone your T.v picture tube is gone.and they now only this fault the sayes y they not saying this while check T.v if they said i change my T.v itself now i given 1000 but not solve the problem pls do need ful to me or other wise i thik its cheating service pls take action also and pervious complaint number:64987 as soon as i need my query clear
