DONT CALL THE ABOVE SERVICE PROVIDER. WORST SERVICE AND THEY CHARGED HIGH. I gave my LCD TV three months before for service and they are not responding till today. Very worst service.
I give max rating "5" for best and quick service for National Electronics. I called LG Toll free number, the service engineer came and visited my LG 3D TV and replaied that the spare needs to order, also it will take around a week to replace and the spare is more costly and given me the sugession as exchange the TV instead of replacing the spare. I really felt bad about there service, and called ASKLAILA and asked for TV repair and services, later I received the message from them, I call back to NE, Mr. Baskar picked the call, he was very polite, and said whatever the condition we received, we will give a Good solution. I am Ajay from Adambakkam, I had been serviced my LCD TV from National Electronics from Vadapalani few 2 days before. I really thank NE for giving me a Good Service. The Service Engineer Mr. Guru Moorthy was so polite and rectified my TV issues on the spot and they charged me reasonable amount.
The email address and web address given in their visiting card are either expired or fake.
We weren't getting proper display in our area BPL TV so we had approached Basker from National Electronics located at Vadapalani. They visited our place, checked the issue and did the job.
I was having Audio Problem in my Philips brand TV, I got in touch with National Electronics and got it rectified from them. They had replaced some parts and on the same day they had rectified the issue and made it work, good service
Trust me. My brother is an electrician. He is not around and that's why I had to ask these guys.
All I did was just politely ask them to show me the old component. They had changed the components twice and they never shown me any proof. We just had to believe them as if they are some close relations of us.!!!!!? He talked to so indecently that I had to just give him the money he asked..
NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS...U would not want to call National Electronics again.They serviced us twice. Not good..!!

I am a resident of arumbakkam. I own a 29" BPL tv. There was a adisplay problem 8 months back and they immediatley responded when i called but they have circuit board and after taking it they didnt respond properly, atlast they have charged with 1400rs.
and recently there was again display problem, when i called them they immediatley responded and came to home and have taken the circuit board, and when i enquired about the status of the repair they told that the technician is on leave and didnt respond properly and aftern 2 weeks another technician came and resolved the problem and charged 1450rs. when the technician left the home immediatley there was a problem with remote and when i called them they told the problem is with the remote a
