This is an extension for the complaint posted by me on 28th Aug'12. Today, 29th Aug'12, the driver once again called up and was asking why I was repeatedly complaining.I clearly told him that it is because of no action being taken by the EASY CABs management, that I am repeatedly complaining. He once again promised to refund and this time I asked him to come to my office. He came down to my office and upon having the same lengthy argument, he ultimately gave me a refund of Rs 130.But after giving the money, he uttered something which made me really angry. He was saying "Sab.. agar Taxi mein bhytneki Aukath nahi hai, toh Taxi kyun bulaathe ho". Is this the way how a Taxi driver talks to his customer?.I straight away told him.."Tumhaari Aukath kyaa hai....gate ke saamne kade hothe ho..aur humaare jaise logon keliye wait karthe ho"...EASY CABs....I believe YOU ARE LISTENING.You need to take action on these kind of issues and also on the drivers. This is killing your reputation.I still am surprised to see that NONE from Easy Cabs had talked to me asking for what the issue is and how to deal with it. Its only the driver calling up everytime and saying that the amount would be refunded. This clearly shows that he is accepting his mistake.PLease see that these things do not repeat

I had booked a cab on 15th Aug'12,for my parents,from Gandhinagar (Tank Bund)to Miyapur.After the trip,I was told by my father that the driver had charged Rs 520 (490 on meter+ Rs 30 conveyance charge). This was a shock to me.The distance between Gandhinagar and Miyapur comes around 20kms, the cost would come to 20* Rs 18/km = Rs 360.Including the conveyance charge, it would come around Rs 400 and not more than that.This shows that the driver had taken a long route inspite of me asking him to go on a particular route (Khairatabad-Ameerpet-Kukatpally-Miyapur).Since my parents are old they were not knowing the routes and the driver took an advantage of it. I called Easy Cabs on 17th & 18th Aug'12 and lodged a complaint. When I asked the Customer support to connect me to the concerned Manager, they did not.In the next 5 mins, I received a call from the driver (Ashraf, I believe) and after a long discussion, he agreed to come and give the extra amount charged.But, it did not happen.Again, I called Easy Cabs on 21st Aug'12. Again I was connected to the Manager. Again the driver called up and said he would return the extra money.But, again it did not happen.This is really frustrating. This behaviour from Easy Cabs made me post this.Request the concerned to kindly consider this issue and resolve it.I do not mind coming to the local office (Hyd) to have a detailed discussion.
