Really Poor services.... they gladly accept the booking when you call 2-3 hours in advance and then shamelessly cancel your booking 30 minutes prior to your departure.. You are left helpless since no other provider will send a cab with 30 minutes advance notice in hyderabad. And yes.. they donot transfer you call to their manager after they goof up the booking...
WORST CAB IN BANGALORE. I BOOKED FOR CITY RAILWAY STATION ON 05 JAN 13 VIDE ID-B010500693,A010500145.TILL I AM WAITING FOR THE CAB. I FACED LOT OF HARRASMENT FOR THEM,ALMOST MISSED THE TRAIN.-SANDIP
This is an extension for the complaint posted by me on 28th Aug'12.
Today, 29th Aug'12, the driver once again called up and was asking why I was repeatedly complaining.I clearly told him that it is because of no action being taken by the EASY CABs management, that I am repeatedly complaining. He once again promised to refund and this time I asked him to come to my office. He came down to my office and upon having the same lengthy argument, he ultimately gave me a refund of Rs 130.But after giving the money, he uttered something which made me really angry. He was saying "Sab.. agar Taxi mein bhytneki Aukath nahi hai, toh Taxi kyun bulaathe ho". Is this the way how a Taxi driver talks to his customer?.I straight away told him.."Tumhaari Auka

I had booked a cab on 15th Aug'12,for my parents,from Gandhinagar (Tank Bund)to Miyapur.After the trip,I was told by my father that the driver had charged Rs 520 (490 on meter+ Rs 30 conveyance charge). This was a shock to me.The distance between Gandhinagar and Miyapur comes around 20kms, the cost would come to 20* Rs 18/km = Rs 360.Including the conveyance charge, it would come around Rs 400 and not more than that.This shows that the driver had taken a long route inspite of me asking him to go on a particular route (Khairatabad-Ameerpet-Kukatpally-Miyapur).Since my parents are old they were not knowing the routes and the driver took an advantage of it.

let me be the first person to comment on these cabs. NEVER EVER EVER EVER HIRE AN EASY CAB.
i had booked a cab for 8 20 today to go to the imliband bus stand. my bus was suppsed to be at 9 15. i waited till 8 25, and when i still hadnt heard from the driver,i called the driver on the no. sent by sms confirming my booking only to find it out of network area. i then called the booking office to find out what the delay was about, and was told the taxi was on its way and would be there shortly. at 8 45, i rushed to get an auto and found one with quite a bit of difficulty, only to arrive at the bus stand to find that i had missed my bus.
