Best customer service. You can't beat the friendly, knowledgeable, reliable staff or their selection.
I have been a Inhabit customer at Banjara Hills for years, and I have referred many people, all of whom have been very happy with their purchases and experiences. Their selection is huge! From designs to fabrics to special order items.... AWESOME!!! You can get just about any and every style - modern, classic, trendy- you name it. You can furnish your entire house and patio here.
So, I've covered that the selection is fantastic, but I must say, the BEST part of the shopping experience as a whole is definitely the staff and the owner, and their incomparable customer service. The employees here have, for years, been consistently wonderful. Everyone is very friendly, pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all! This is a big deal for me, because there is nothing worse than an incessant and insistent sales associate. Everyone works as a team, so no one is competing for your business. Everyone is happy to assist in answering any questions you may have, even if you're as indecisive as I am.
My most recent purchase was a new living room set (couch/ chair set, and lift-top coffee table). I have a couple things to say about this. My experience has been amazing. Firstly, I went several times to the showroom, select a sofa style and then fabric. I received help from Pallavi and Vinitha. They were great to work with. Pallavi helped me a lot, which was wonderful. She has a very bright, friendly disposition and is very patient and courteous. Everyone was great, and the owner was extremely accommodating with my purchase. I will continue to be a loyal customer to INHABIT Furniture, and I highly recommend you do the same!
