My Honda City (which was bought at Dakshin Honda) had a minor accident and I sent it to Dakshin Honda on Hosur Road. For the work which should not take more than 5-6 days, they took 3 weeks. Criminal negligence is displayed at all levels - from initial survey & listing of spares required, sourcing them from possible sources, carrying out work, coordinating with insurance agency and even accounting! I complained at all levels, including the GM, but other than polite emails, nothing worked in time. I had to help them in getting spare parts! Problem with Dakshin Honda is lack of trained workmen, lack of supervision & accountability at all levels, including accounts. Some workers who are capable lack motivation. Being one of the big dealers of Honda cars, I wish & hope that the service levels at Dakshin Honda is revamped drastically and accountability related measurement of efficiency is introduced (in order to punish inefficient once & reward efficient employees). Please remember that `mouth-to-mouth' communication amongst satisfied users is the best form of advertisement; not the display of `good opinion' of few customers.
