Similar to Anupam, worst administration service i have ever seen.... will give 0 Marks.. No coordination between doctors and clerical/admin staff.. We were there for Cashless "Day Care" treatment, the marketing staff first forgot to submit papers to TPA for pre-authorization. Later had to put pressure on him to do so, however this fool took authorization for 24-hr hospitalization instead later they sent final bill with Day care which was in turn rejected. We had to wait for 6-7 hours in this process and later 2 hrs as entire staff was confused about reports to be given, bills to be submitted, etc etc. The Discharge Summary nowhere mentions the Tests, X-Rays etc performed, so in case one goes for second opinion or reimbursements later from your mediclaim, they will obviously ask whether the tests were done or not and surely reject as except on the final invoice, nowhere its written that what tests were conducted etc. The room and hospital condition is pathetic, leakages, useless paint marks, govt. babu type rules etc are horrific. MOST IMPORTANT: They don't provide TV Remotes to Semi-pvt or other wards below PVT or DELUXE rooms for which they charge exhorbitantly. Medical services are good, Doctors are best but that's it
