This was my first trip to Europe. I heard from someone about Dpaul and seriously i feel like punching that guy hard on his face for suggesting me D paul. I travelled in the month of July 2013.
Our tour guide was a 60 year old man Mr Amit ( so if your tour guide is the same man jump off the bus). He thinks he's tom cruise and the most cool guy on board. There were two female traveling with us and that old man was hitting hard on one of them and at the end he succeeded (everyone can guess what happened next). Throughout the trip felt like we are on our own. The guide used to say that he hates old people and he never responded to queries of old people esp male people on board. So now what dpaul is doing- Dpaul is making good money by fooling us. They have a tie up with kuoni, who does all the booking and provide the tour operator , bus everything. The tour guide says i am not working for dpaul ! why the hell he was there no one knows . He is working for kuoni. Please don't go for the orientation tour for them orientation tour is a sitting in the bus and they will show you see that is eiffel tower and they wont let you get down.
They are just cheaters. Whole trip you will be travelling in the bus and will be given only half an hour to shop and that too if the tour guide is in a good mood. They will treat you like poor people. The poor indians who want to see the world. For you information i travelled to paris, switzerland and italy for 10 days.
Please dont travel by dpaul. I don't have any personal grudges but yes i am still so disappointed and i don't want others to feel the same.
