Disgusting service by Fine Fone. I had a issue with my data card. I gave it to them, they to six months to give me back in the same condition, then i wrote to the ZTE company and got a replacement at my house.
The operator who sits there is not coo-perating, she will test ur patience, she is always on the phone with her lover, she shouts and shows attitute to the customers, i sat one whole day from 11 AM till 5 PM as i wanted it that day only, only to learn that my data card it with an engineer who did not turn up for work that day.
disgusting service, they are not even fit for rating. thooooo
