I purchased my bike "Hero HUNK" on 04-FEB-2013. After first servicing of my bike i am continuously facing various issues with my bike like:
1. Engine Oil Leakage
2. Air Leakage in front and rear tyres.
3. Self start.
I have complained about these issues to the service Center at "SAI MOTORS Banshkari Bangalore" even i left my bike over there for more than 3 days as suggested by them for more than 2 times. But then also none of the issues has been resolved till date and whenever i am asking them to check for the problem they always ask me to come after some time and they are ignoring it. Sometime they said they don't have spare parts and when i asked them to give me this statement in written they just denied to give it.
I am fed up of these issues with my bike and want immediate action to be taken against this negligance. Otherwise i am thinking to take some legal action.
I am provide the details of service dates and vehicle as below:
1st Service- 26-FEB-2013
2nd Service- 11-MAY-2013
3rd service - 10-AUG-2013
I will appreciate any immediate action to be taken by you to resolve my problems.
