I purchased my bike "Hero HUNK" on 04-FEB-2013. After first servicing of my bike i am continuously facing various issues with my bike like: 1. Engine Oil Leakage 2. Air Leakage in front and rear tyres. 3. Self start. I have complained about these issues to the service Center at "SAI MOTORS Banshkari Bangalore" even i left my bike over there for more than 3 days as suggested by them for more than 2 times. But then also none of the issues has been resolved till date and whenever i am asking them to check for the problem they always ask me to come after some time and they are ignoring it. Sai Motors BSK 3rd stage on ring road are fraud... they are least bothered about the customer complaints...
u gie a bike for service.. they just wash it change th eoil and dleiver it to you.. once u pay the bill thats it.. they dont even listen to you...

Hi All,

I purchased a Hero Meastro from Sai Motors. At the time Delivery of the vehicle i found some scratches on it and the same was informed, they simply ignored saying that what can we do the vehicle comes like that, we have assigned the vehicle to you and cannot be exchanged.
My first service -- After completion of the service i observed a big scratch on it, the same was reported to the supervisor, just saw it and wiped with a wet cloth and said its over and no response after asking couple times.
Sai motors should change their name to Scratch Motors and torture to customers.

I am filing this complaint after a really terrible experience with Sai Motors, your service center in Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bangalore. I had given my vehicle for service on a saturday morning last month. They asked me to come back at around 5pm to collect the vehicle. At 1:30pm, I got a call saying that the showroom is closing at 2.30, my vehicle is ready, and I need to collect my vehicle by then. As anyone one else, who would have made their plans for the weekend, this is an inconvenience. It was a festival eve and if I do not collect it that day, I will not have it for the festival as well! View More r drive from the service center and they ask me to collect the vehicle within the next one hour. What do people do? And the response is like you could collect it when the showroom opens!. Is that the kind of respose you want to give your customers? Fine, so I reached the showroom by 2.00pm that day to collect the vehicle. I was surprised how could finish the servicing 4 hours before the promised time! Once I paid the bill, there was no one to attend. Everyone is going for lunch it seems! And what do I see.. The wash was bad, did not look as if it was wiped at all, greasing was minimal. I had asked for the batter to be checked, the mirror to be replaced, but not done. The polish was not done either. The trial run did not happen. I managed to catch the guy in charge who took my vehicle that morning. I informed him of what I saw. He said he will get it done, and then disappeared. There were others too who came to collect their vehicles. They were the ones who called up people, poor people rushed leaving their work, and then they are made to wait...how pathetic! Is this thing doing the work for free? The bill is hardly lower than 4 digits! Well I decided to talk to the showroom manager, so walked up to his cabin one floor above. What to say, pathhhhhetic attitude!!! Really cursed the guy who granted him the ownership for your center. He did not even want to listen, and was acting as if they are doing a favor! Other people too came in and started arguing. I told him that I will never give my vehicle there again. He was arrogant enough to say it is ok for him. He added that people could anyway collect the vehicle two days later! And that people should understand that they have to close. Well, people have hundred problems of their own. Please manage your own better, and stop telling them to your customers. It does not matter to them. Your poor management and service is all they see. How can you call up everyone impromptou and then leave them unattended? And that too with such a shoddy job for the vehicle. And they say please wait. I was already in a hurry that day and I spent 1 full hour there running around. And the guy who disappeared came after 20 mins! And he was like oh this guy has still not left! He just did an eyewash and gave me the vehicle back again. I want the complaint to be taken serioulsy, especially against the MD or whoever it is for that showroom. If you need to close early, you need to decide it early enough. This is the second time I have faced it..not sure about others. I can understand if there are riots or something of that sort that they need to close. But if they close for festival, they need to know it in advance. View Less

Very bad evening Rajan,if the employess doest reply properly for the customers needs,and so I complaint to U,but now they R taking Revange for that ,so if u cant take any actions on the Employes just Resign ur job and be in home......why u people make the customers to be like a slaves Rajan,what we r not a human being or they treat as like a dogs.......so the last i am asking or begging with U ,can u do some thing good job to get my bike or else Resign the job,because U r completely unfit for that post.......

I have ever seen worst Employees who r working in Sai Motors which has been located in BAnashankari 3rd stage.......the Name like Ashwath and Kumar r not like the workers , they r the Gundas and Rowdies of that Showroom...they wont satisfy the customer needs......plz Take some Action about them , I hope Hero honda has a good Reputation......dont lose It.........
