I want to share my very disappointing experience with taxiforsure or shall I call it taxiNOTsure! On 23rd Nov 13 used their service- Booking Number TFS-IN-C782196. I got the driver details after calling endlessly at the customer centre. Finally, received it after the pickup time (claim by taxiforsure is that it is sent 30 mins before the pickup). When I called the driver he said he will not come but some other driver will come to pick me up. This new driver also came 30 mins late...So, overall a delay of ONE hour from the confirmed pickup time!!! The new driver harassed me & mis behaved with me to pay Rs. 1000 advance as he had no money for fuel and the tank was empty which caused further delay. If the cab is coming to pick somebody up, the driver should ensure it has sufficient fuel in it!!! At the end of the trip the driver when I insisted for a bill, the driver gave me a hand written bill. Is this how professional companies produce invoices? Totally unacceptable! It’s like taxiNOTsure has opened the venture to harass people. PS: I had sent an email to taxiNOTsure, they dint bother to reply!
