One of the worst customer cares! I got a connection in February and mentioned to the agent that I will be shifting in 3 months - he says its cool, just give us a call! He even convinced me to pay 6 months rent in advance. Now in May, when I needed to shift house, I call up customer care - they say it will take 15 days for shifting! 15 days to just shift a connection - why didn't their agent tell me this before when he was taking 6 months rent! Now after 10 days, they say the request is with the installation team and they will contact me to give me the connection within the next 2 hours! Even after 2 days, I get no phone call and when I ask the customer care to provide me the number of the field engineer/installation team, they refuse! Basically since they have already got the money, they don't care about shifting - they are getting free money!
