First time I bought a AC from this store (MGF MALL) , and my first experience is Very BAD experience . I ordered a 2T ZAMIL AC , I gave full amount in advance and they promised me AC will be delivered within 2-3 days . But even after 5 days no delivery , even they did not try to inform any delay. When I contacted them , store manager told me they cannot provide AC you can take some another brand.
Then I contacted to ZAMIL Gurgaon region sales manager (Mr Ajay) and complain about this. Thanks to Ajay he arranged AC unit from Faridabad dealer and asked DAWAR store to deliver it. It shows how irresponsible sales team of the DAWAR store. They are not concerned about the customer problem, all this expected from them , but I have to follow with ZAMIL . There was no choice , I had already paid.
Finally after 1 week I got my AC unit.
But story not ends here, STORE promised me (also mention in invoice) with this purchase a wrist watch of worth 2000-/ is free from STORE. I feel very happy when placed order and gave payment in advance. After giving payment I asked at least give me that free gift , I donât want to go empty hand after paying so much amount .But they told me this gift is not available in store , it will be delivered with AC.
But they did not send watch during delivery , delivery boy told me , Watch will be bring by installation guy. But when installation guy come, he told me we are not supposed to deliver anything.
Finally , I did not get that free gift.
I called store , and request to send gift to my house or send me by courier. He told me by next week they will send it. Again you must be understood now what would have happen !!!, nothing happen. I called again , and this time answer was they cannot send this gift , if you want this gift you have to come at store.
I asked to talk with store manager or any big boss, they cut the phone.
Now you would understood , how is service of this store , they are trying to open a chain of electronic store , but have not concern with customer service, satisfaction even no ready to fulfil their commitment.
SO after going through this bad experience I WOULD REQUEST TO AVOID THIS STORE FOR ANY PURCHASE
