First time I bought a AC from this store (MGF MALL) , and my first experience is Very BAD experience . I ordered a 2T ZAMIL AC , I gave full amount in advance and they promised me AC will be delivered within 2-3 days . But even after 5 days no delivery , even they did not try to inform any delay. When I contacted them , store manager told me they cannot provide AC you can take some another brand.
Then I contacted to ZAMIL Gurgaon region sales manager (Mr Ajay) and complain about this. Thanks to Ajay he arranged AC unit from Faridabad dealer and asked DAWAR store to deliver it.
