I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy Grand on October 15, 2013 along with an Insurance(GadgetCops) for 2 years from Airconnect (Address: #113, Prestige Pinnacle, Opp Raheja Arcade, 7th Block Koramangala, Bangalore-95 Ph # 25703131). I paid Rs 2000 for the insurance. My mobile display was broken recently and I contacted Gadget cops regarding the insurance and repair. Gadget Cops replied that the policy number with me is not registered( Airconnect has not paid for the policy #) and asked me to contact the retailer who sold the mobile and the insurance to me. When I contacted Airconnect from Kanyakumari Dist, Tamilnadu, they asked me to visit the store with the original bill. I travelled to Bangalore and visited the showroom and described my problem. They gave me reply stating they have stopped the gadget cops service from the last 3 months. I explained them clearly, sir this product was purchased on October 15, 2013 and asked for the reason why the insurance policy amount was not paid from your side. The reply was same, sir we have stopped the service and you can do whatever you can do. We don't have any problem sir, take your phone and go away from the shop was the reply I got. Shocked after hearing this response. I lost my money (Rs 2000). Don't trust the representatives. They lie for selling their products and after selling there will be no support from their end.
