I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy Grand on October 15, 2013 along with an Insurance(GadgetCops) for 2 years from Airconnect (Address: #113, Prestige Pinnacle, Opp Raheja Arcade, 7th Block Koramangala, Bangalore-95 Ph # 25703131). I paid Rs 2000 for the insurance. My mobile display was broken recently and I contacted Gadget cops regarding the insurance and repair. Gadget Cops replied that the policy number with me is not registered( Airconnect has not paid for the policy #) and asked me to contact the retailer who sold the mobile and the insurance to me.
