Location : Kolkata Branch: Baguiati Sales person: Uday Ganguly It was horrible experience from great eastern.. the staffs was rude behaviour i booked a voltas window ac from here on 13th feb and it got delivered on 15th. The delivery staffs were likd uneducated they need to sit in road instead of doing this job. Staffs, Uday Ganguly & Rachana Lahiri were most unprofessional executives they dont know how to treat with customers. They dont have any after sales services. Delivery & Installion were most unprofessionally.Please dont go to Great Eastern or any other branches...
