Extremely poor customer service. We bought a washing machine on 23rd Jan and till 27th Jan IT was not delivered. Only excuses and lies. On going physically to the shop and forcefully arguing with the Manager, Ms Rachna and Mr UJJWAL, Delivery supervisor, the machine was delivered at 11 PM. What a horrible experience.
My sincere advice to all, Please do not buy any product from GE. They are a bunch of smooth-talkers and only lies about delivery after taking full payment.
In case you want headache, definitely purchase from GE.

The negative reviews about Great Eastern has really surprised me. I had bought my AC from here and be it the delivery, installation, customer care support or assistance with after sales service, each and every step was well coordinated. Even the staff behaviour was extremely polite and helpful. Great Eastern is definitely the best electronics shop for me.

It was horrible experience from great eastern.. the staffs was rude behaviour i booked a voltas window ac from here on 13th feb and it got delivered on 15th. The delivery staffs were likd uneducated they need to sit in road instead of doing this job. Staffs, Uday Ganguly & Rachana Lahiri were most unprofessional executives they dont know how to treat with customers. They dont have any after sales services. Delivery & Installion were most unprofessionally.Please dont go to Great Eastern or any other branches...
I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about Great Eastern. I had amazing experience with them every time I went there to buy gadgets. I am happy with my experience with them and would refer all my friends to great eastern.
i have bought all my gadgets from great eastern appliances and the association has been for three years now. they have a huge stock showcased and also deliver things on time. from my first laptop to the digital camera i bought recently the service is satisfying and many of my friends have also bought things from there. i saw their facebook page recently which is quite active and interactive.
Don't go for this shop as they don't know how to deal customer at all. I went the shop to buy a rice cooker and I discussed the representative and asked to call me once the product will be available in the store. They didn't call because they don't bother about the customer relationship. Few days after call and the representative asked me to come and buy the product. I went there then he told someone sold the product . It's really bad experience as I went there to leave my urgent work. Then one lady told come next week you will get definitely when I called next week the guy told no it's not available. I waited for 2 weeks and at last they told it will not be available at there store. They could have informed me prior so that I could have

Very Bad After sales service. I brought an Ac from this outlet and it took more than a week for them to deliver. Kindly think about the after sales service before buying any product from this outlet. Really disappointed.
