Hey day before i bought refrigerator and voltas window ac from raj electronics rk puram...v hv made a full payment that includes installation and shippment..they agreed to ship it at our address with in next few hours nd get it install.
V purchased it in d aftrnoon..v got our stuff at around 9 pm...followed by installation guy...whn v opened d packing ...the voltas ac was all scratched nd in a very poor condition ..v doubt it as a second hand...v calld them nd they replied v cant replace itz a new ac ...plz get it installed nd if u wan us to replace than plz pay transportation again....i askd them y shud v pay it again ..itz nt our fault...they wer not ready to listen
One more thing...whn purchased them..v hv already paid fr installation...bt whn d guy came to install it..he again demanding rs 300...whn i askd him..y shud v pay again ..he said i dont knw u hv to pay....than i askd him that plz gv me in written that u charged me rs300 agin...he denied
He said he wont gv nethin in written..not his job...
Though they r running big chain..bt i dont think raj electronics is d right place to buy ur stuff from...they r not worth...
