Poor service and customer care I recently shifted from New Delhi to Bangalore. Mr Agarwal was very courteous and called me five times to get the job. He said it would take 7-10 days for the door delivery. My bike could be sent 2 weeks later as I needed it for some more time in Delhi. The packing men said the suitcase and bean-bag would be bubble-wrapped at the godown. Even after 2 weeks the my goods had not arrived in Bangalore. Mr Agarwal said that the goods were in transit would be reaching in a day or two. Upon loading the bike and helmet at Delhi 2 weeks later, I found all the goods in the same truck, they had not even left Delhi. My goods arrived after one week (3 weeks after they were sent). The suitcase and the beanbag had not been packed and were soiled by engine oil, the helmet was broken and my guitar could not be located by the men. I called up Mr Agarwals office and the secretary initially refused to give his number. On speaking to Mr Agarwal, he refused to take any responsibility, instead claiming that it was the customers responsibility to see that items were packaged. Mr Agarwal was rude and discourteous quite the opposite of the way he spoke before getting the job for "friendly, courteous and top level services to our customers" that their website claims. Later the employee who had packed the goods called up to apologise for forgetting to pack the suitcase and the bean bag, even though the goods were with them for 2 weeks. Dr Kishor Joshi
