Poor service and customer care I recently shifted from New Delhi to Bangalore. Mr Agarwal was very courteous and called me five times to get the job. He said it would take 7-10 days for the door delivery. My bike could be sent 2 weeks later as I needed it for some more time in Delhi. The packing men said the suitcase and bean-bag would be bubble-wrapped at the godown. Even after 2 weeks the my goods had not arrived in Bangalore. Mr Agarwal said that the goods were in transit would be reaching in a day or two. Upon loading the bike and helmet at Delhi 2 weeks later, I found all the goods in the same truck, they had not even left Delhi. My goods arrived after one week (3 weeks after they were sent).
