They have no idea of service. I sent my Accord in for replacement of a leaking power steerinf hose pipe. The service guy cliamed that there was a problem with the starter as it was taking 6 seconds more than normal They opened up the starter motor and foud nothing wrong in the car. After I picked it up from service the car stopper starting completely. They now claim that it is not their fault and will not fix the same. The manager Krishnakumar and service manager Suni's conversations are recorded and will be submitted to consumer court.
