Hi All, Here's my story. I booked their service to deliver flowers to my wife in Bangalore. I called around 10 AM and Mr Srikanth told me that he was sure to have them delivered by lunch time ( say 12 30 PM). Now around 1230 PM I call only to hear that their vehicle has broken down and new guy is on the way. I get from Mr Srikanth (himself) that it should take no longer than 4 PM ( as my wife would leave her office early ) . Now around 3 40 PM, I call them and get Mr Srikant saying it will be delivered momentarily ( in any moment - was his actual phrase). Now @ 4 40 PM, I finally call Srikanth knowing no delivery has happened and boy does he scream at me ! What did he scream at me about: a) You are not helping me by calling 15 times ( Oh. ok ) b) Its out of my hand, and so I cant do anything no matter how many times you call c) You are eating my head ! (good,, at least I could do that !) My points of contention are: a) I called him 4 times, but all times because, I had no update on the progress as such. In fact only after calling each time, I got a report of slippage and a new delivery time which was not met b) Ok of the 4 times I called - One was just to ensure that I had paid the money, and did he get it (since I thought it would be immediate). So does that give him the right to yell at his customer. Somebody whose package has got delayed for no fault of his? c) Why commit to some time limit, and then throw up your hands and say, I cant help it. Is this professional in any field? All in all, I am utterly disappointed that I trusted them. I am sure they will have some happy customers, and some better days, but on their bad days, you just dont want to deal with them. So my advice is that you choose them only if you are ready to take a chance. Or else please look somewhere else! I hope what I had to go through is not someone else has to as well. Even if one guy reads this and makes an informed choice, I will be happy. If somebody had written this kind of a review yesterday, I would not have to go through this at all
