Care Solutions is awful store. I have bought Sony hometheatre BDV E 290 from Care and then i got the delivery. The very next day i told them to change the System (sealed packed) i told them to please exchange me to upgraded model of Home theatre. Mr. Gaurang Shah was giving such unreasonable excuses for not doing exchange ( i have many home theatre system just lying ideal so we cant change it)..Serioulsy a very unprofessional attitude from Care store people. I had a word with Sony Store and other offices of Sony...they said the dealer can exchange and give it you if you have not broken the seal of the product. I will not recommed this store to any one. Highly unproffessinal attitude...SAD business care people are doing with customers.
