Hi We have purchased two Hero Glamour Bikes in Octoboer-2013. We have given Six free services from company. We could literally feel the difference in response/service giving to us from SAI RAM Motors people while coming for bike enquiry and purchase and while coming for service(s) and ask any thing. Once you purchased the bike from this showroom then they will treat literally like beggar coming to their shop and feel like they are doing something free to customer. Every time I will go personally gave to the service. I found their one engineer Mr. Satish, he will listen properly to the problems, but I feel that Only one person like him is not sufficient to manage.
