I am not sure of this branch but lady handling marthalli branch is not honest. I had taken annual membership from her and took some gap which is allowed as per their gap. Leave extending my membership, she didn't even refund my 1000k. and Reason for that is you took a long gap. C'mon, have some decency, and return the security deposit. I will never recommand Marthalli branch to anyone. Books collection is very limited and she is completely unprofessional.
