Had a very bad experience at this place. The staff did not have any idea of a gym ball. I was sold a 95 cm gym ball for my height of 5feet 8inches. When i took it back for an exchange,they refused to exchange it,they gave me a pathetic excuse that just one inflation and the ball would lose its shape. I did not know what to say to such people, i was a regular customer at this place and to be honest i did not have a good opinion of the goods except that it was close to my place and sheer convenience guided my choice. I shall never go back to this dupe centre any more
