Courteous people. Lacks workmanship. The sales people were courteous. Ordered for power glasses. Specifically told them that the finish should be good particularly after having paid 21k. But when they delivered the finish was awful. My 3.0 lenses looked like 6+ and the border made it look thicker due to the coarse grinding done to fit it into the frame. Did not look like professional work. I returned asking them to get it done right. After keeping it for a week, they just polished the edges and gave it back. Very disappointed with a company that says it is over a century old.
