Hi Mr.Jitendra, Sorry to say but i understand this type of problems with branded items but this always happens with acer. I think there was a problem about communication and product specification before purchasing and selling. About the price being different, there must be some problem. That somebody must get back to you. Actually i responded about this because i know them past 4 years. Hopefully it would have happened by mistake. Somebody must get back to you.

I would advise the people at large to look for alternate vendors for their needs rather buying from Klone Computech. I had bought Acer Laptop from them in April end and just 2 days after that seen an ad for the same laptop being offered at Rs.4K cheaper than they sold to me. Secondly while going through the accessories also observed that the Charger Supplied with the Laptop was NOT ACER Make and mfg by company HIPRO. My mails to them have NOT yielded any responses, proving my point that they have cheated me both in terms of Price and Product genuine ness
