Purchased 2 Blumac Geysers 25litres from M/s Deepak Steels, 9th Block Jayanagar with assurance of 5 years warranty on whole body & 2 years on its coils & installed @ our new Villa @ Astro Green Park Regency GPI-110 in Sept.2013 but within 3 months the same is not functioning. I had lodged complaint No. 580 two weeks back, still my geyser remain unattended. There is no response from the service center for repeated calls to 08041138809, 08022203139, 9379915482. 9901452634. I do not understand whom to approach to get the same repaired ?
