Very bad customer service . I had brought a specs from GKB and asked if another could be repaired . Without even looking at it said they couldn't repair it . This is inspite of buying an expensive product from their store . Staff should be trained to be hospitable to the customers

i ordered a home try on from them(5 spex), and they promised to deliver it in 1 week and after that when it didn't reach me i called them and they told me wait for another week and then when it didn't reach me after 2 weeks i called them and they said they will not deliver it because all the products i ordered were not available so they told me order 1 out of them and that to online. i am really annoyed with this stupid site and felt cheated. don't order from them they are cheaters and liars.

They don't do repairs for the sun glasses you purchase here after 6 months because Once in 6 months the product they sold becomes out of fashion and they don't support it
