I stay in Ananth Nagar Huskur Gate electronic City 560100 where I have requested the service for water purifier. The agent Devraj (Mobile No : 8075087685)visited from Sona water solution to the property and compelled me to buy AMC by paying 2500 rs. I have asked what is the issue and what is causing the problem which he failed to answer and asked me to pay money which we have denied to pay. The agent checked and removed the front part of the water purifier and showed the filter which was turned black. I have asked him it causes only 350 rs and the last service was done only 3 months before.The agent removed the water and spoiled the automatic switch in the purifier and said its blocked, the agent was very rude.I called the office and spoke

they are totally fraud people not providing services and stop picking it phone after some time. in my case i complain abt water leakage winch not handled by them and that's lead to moter issue in purifier. after chasing them for long my issue not get fixed and now they stopped picking my phone.
Very Poor or no Service . Have taken an AMC service for which I was charged 4000 for a year. They have not visited our location post we had taken this serice. Their products are faulty and stopped working after 1 month. Have tried calling them on their service number but have failed to reach out as they are either not reachable or not available. Got their Manager s number but he spoke to us very rudely and asked us to call their service centre which is not reachable .
Don't ever make a mistake of buying their product or using their service. They Cheat customers
I have taken Annual member ship from this company 3 months back. on Sunday 28th may 2017 , i have shifted my house and called the customer care number mentioned on the branding material pasted on my RO machine. Numbers are 89045 66617 , 99001 751147,9916808858 none of the Rep understand what is customer service is. I had hard time connecting and informing my issue. They dnt even listen to you. Kartik last spoke to me in afternoon said he will send the person at my plaec in 4 hours.. no one came nor called till 8 pm. Again i called and he answered my call and dnt even said hello said he is on other call. such a pathetic customer service. Its been more then 4 days my RO not installed yet.
