I,a senior citizen,had a nightmarish,terrible time at this centre,which is nothing but a fraudulent place.They charged me 7k for a glass change,which was slightly cracked.My phone was fully functional and inspite of requesting them,all my contacts, photos of so many years,they mercilessly erased and made me wait for 7 hours,with no food or water.The person concerned,Mr.Lokesh,should be punished for this outrageous behavior.He made me pay the amount first and then put the SIM,so that i was helpless.
All my years of labour,he gleefully,mockingly erased from my phone and kept on telling me till the very end,that all is saved.He along with his colleagues,even mockingly laughed at me,while they were having lunch.
I am still anguished and hurt,
