found what I wanted, Has most of the everyday food and home utilities , surprised to find cider vinegars and mushroom tea here in India. Good job, the sales ppl were a lil nagging but otherwise this place is a spot on !! wish u guys cud home deliver upto anna nagar or may be open a shop

Hi guys....please don't take weight reduction program....it is very bad...
I went few days back and asked him about the program. He didn't say anything about the food or what he is going to give.
First he took the money and asked me to come on that day evening.
Very funny thing: Food recommended by him is NO FOOD only vegetables :)
Supplements: he gave some useless packets....please don't take them...you will be lost
PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY....if you eat only fruits and vegetables 3 times a day. one will reduce 10kgs in a month, but it is not recommended and leads to serious health problems.
