Very very very worst response. I gave my car after flood around 12/12/16, but still not get my car serviced. I am trying to talk their manger for escalation and they are not allowing me to meet him.Also I asked for alternate car till my car is serviced, but one guy is saying car is available but another guy is saying no alternate cars. Not proper response from the team. Escalated to Maruti Regional manager too, but nothing happened. Better look for better service center.
