This is my recent experience with Adriel, for renewing my passport. I'm staying at Chennai, and gave Rs 2000 to renew my passport. Kalaiselvan gave me a bill for the amount and after two weeks of continuously calling him from different numbers, he said that he was not able to do the job and asked us to collect the money back.
From then on he vanished and would never pick our calls. Once my husband went to his office and caught him red handed, so he gave him a cheque and sent him. The cheque bounced.
We had to go behind him for 3 complete months to get the money and our documents back. He is sharing the office with one of his friend. The friend told us that this guy is all the while into politics and does not do his work efficient
