Worst possible experience that anyone can have and that also in the purchase of an IPhone 5. Bought the phone 18 months ago with an extra insurance of a year at a hefty amount. The phone starts developing some problems and under the extra insurance we ask for repair. Three weeks later they come back and say there is a problem with the motherboard and we can take 20% of the value. CAN YOU IMAGINE. Can I buy an IPhone for 9000. Recommendation......do not ever go to Royal Mobile.
