We had a terrible experience with this store a week back. We have been going to them for many years and they have always been polite and helpful. We were recently sold fabric with grubby marks throughout. When we went back to the store to rectify the situation, the owner was extremely rude. He told us it was our responsibility to check the fabric was Ok when we bought it, not his. He complained that we visited his shop too often without purchasing anything. And it wasn't like we were placing lakhs worth of orders. All in all a shop to avoid.

I had gone to this shop on the recommendation of my mom to get a 'good deal' on proces. Turned out to be a very costly mistake. The owner is a crook. We selected premium curtain fabric and blackout lining. He was very nice during the sales cycle and offered to get the curtains stitched and delivered to our residence. We agreed. When we received teh curtains he had replaced blackout lining with satin lining which is roughly 1/2 to 3/4th the price. We complained and he kept insisting that blackout and satin lining are the same. He had very cleverly removed cuttings of the lining from the card he gave us.
