I got a call from a representative from Vodafone on Thursday, 2nd June 2015, she explained me about some services and benefits of going from prepaid to Postpaid, i was pleased by the offer and wanted to go with the offer (prepaid to Postpaid), a representative came to my place, took Rs. 250 and my documents stating that the services will be activated within 48 hours after the verification is done. My vodafone number has incorrect verification and is switched off for days. Your customer executive who took the numbers joined Airtel and is requesting us to switch. Your tele verification agent Neelu from Okhla calls and hangs up without confirming any details of the address. Ur desk people update change of address and update nothing for records. Still now incorrect verification and phone numbers are switched off. Call back on 9999312141. if anyone is wise enough to provide a solution to CUG and COIP numbers.
